Phase I of the campus expansion is complete at the Casa de las Campanas Life Plan Community located in San Diego, California. The project included a new salon, bistro and Fitness Center. The next phase of development includes a new skilled nursing facility offering residents more private rooms and enhanced healthcare services. ARCH currently serves as Owner’s Representative for the phased development.
