Hearthstone Communities in Woodstock, Illinois will undergo extensive renovations to various components of The Manor at Hearthstone Communities. The project includes renovations to the rehabilitation unit, long-term care unit, public spaces and resident rooms, as well as the addition of a new entrance and vestibule for the community.
