The Clare Conversion Opening

The Clare responded to market demand for additional skilled nursing beds by converting two floors of the downtown Chicago high-rise CCRC. The 12th floor became licensed for skilled nursing and the memory care that was previously on the floor moved up to the 13th floor, which had been serving assisted living. ARCH assisted in selecting an experienced local architect and managed the design process from conceptual design through construction then assisting in selecting a highly qualified contractor.
